How we work

Analyzing

Our follow-up starts with a strategic analysis mission, so called “Strategic Enhancement Mission”, which consists of identifying the added value of the company, its vision and its medium- and long-term growth tools in order to evaluate its valuation and financing potential.

The objective of this first action is to help you qualify, build or strengthen an industrial strategy and an attractive consolidated investment plan to reassure investors and shareholders in order to lead the project to success.

The proposed strategy will make it possible to identify validation milestones that will allow the successive fund-raising actions to be timed.

Reporting

In a second mission, once the due diligence succeed, the evaluation of products, industrial processes and production techniques can be carried out in order to accompany the secure investment plan with a technical follow-up justifying the good use of the funds. In order to do this, the strategy that we will have co-constructed together during the first mission can be followed by our services, which can convene, on request, independent and external experts or specialists to carry out certain analyses and measurements necessary for the validation of the company's development process. We then commit to produce the interim reports expected by investors and shareholders to ensure the success of the project.

Monitoring

At each critical stage of the project roadmap, our experts will analyze the industrial and financial risks in order to suggest solutions or validate with the partners the actions carried out and to come.

We focus on understanding and solving with the investors the potential industrial or technical problems that may occurs during the operational execution of the strategy.

The objective of this second series of actions is to ensure continuous and detailed reporting to investors in order to guarantee their participation and support throughout the project.

Christophe Berger

Involved in the financial services industry over the past two decades, Christophe Berger has been dedicated to assist both private and professional clients to gain insight into their investment decisions. Once an Independent Financial Manager and Asset Manager, he has used his skills to produce and advise on forecasts while building up a network of entrusted investors.

Prof. Luis Seco

Financial Risk Analyst & Advisor

Luis Seco is the Director of the Mathematical Finance Program and Professor of Mathematics at the University of Toronto. Since 1996 he is the Director of RiskLab, a Research laboratory at the University of Toronto that conducts R&D activities in the area of risk management, including climate risk, and which has spun other similar research centers in universities around the world. 

He has authored numerous papers in financial risk management, investments, and market models, and has won a long list of research awards, most notably the Synergy Award, given by the Canadian Government to the most innovative University-Industry collaboration project in 2007. In 2011, he was knighted as Caballero de la Orden del Merito Civil, the highest civil award given by the Spanish Government.

Prof. Seco joined the Advisory Board of HAVÅNTEK AS to provide his expertise in financial risk management and analysis.
